Grace Wangari Muthuma
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Grace Wangari Muthuma is a visionary Kenyan entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Muthuma International Agency and Nairobi Outpatient Gulf Ltd, a leading healthcare organization redefining outpatient care across Kenya.
Her entrepreneurial path began in 2010 with the founding of Muthuma International Agency, which connected Kenyan professionals with employment opportunities in the Middle East. Determined to create sustainable change, Grace later pursued studies in procurement to enhance her managerial and operational expertise.
In 2019, her integrity and long-standing partnerships earned her a tender to conduct medical examinations for international workers—an opportunity that paved the way for the establishment of Nairobi Outpatient Gulf.
Today, under her visionary leadership, the company has grown steadily, recently celebrating the launch of a new branch in Githurai. Beyond her professional success, Grace is widely recognized as a champion for women’s empowerment, a faith-driven leader, and an inspirational figure whose “from grass to grace” story continues to motivate many aspiring entrepreneurs.
